The Monolith residence, built with white concrete and noble materials such as natural stone and walnut, elegantly integrates into the sloped landscape, standing out for its minimalist design and clean lines. Its design combines functionality with sculptural elements: from the tall main entrance to the white concrete spiral staircase, the interior spaces maximize natural light, with microcement floors and designer furniture that harmonize with the structural materials. Features such as the monolithic kitchen, concrete beds and bathroom furniture, and motorized glazed carpentry create a seamless connection between interior and exterior. The discreet, carefully designed lighting highlights textures and materials, while the use of American walnut and natural stone reinforces the project’s quality, sustainability, and the sense of living inside a contemporary sculpture.
